User-related routers, services, and models have been partially implemented and tested. Database connection established successfully. Core CRUD operations for users (create, get, update, delete) are working as expected. JWT authentication and permission checks are in place and functioning, including admin vs regular user distinction pending refinement.
Order-related endpoints and advanced role-based checks remain to be fully implemented.
